The New Digs!

Yes, yes. We are still here. Its been a crazy couple of weeks so I apologize for leaving you hanging in suspense. I finally found some time to upload pictures while Greg watches Family Guy. I can hear him giggle from the other room every so often. What is it with guys and that show? Anyway, we moved in to our new house last weekend. Its great. We really love it and are so thankful for the many ways God has blessed us. I have received emails from a few people wondering when the heck I would post pictures. I just have to say that is encouraging to know that people actually read this and are interested. Thanks guys! Last Sunday, after we moved, I woke up sick and could not even move. I had to call in sick to nursery duty at church and at work the next day! I hate doing that. One of coworkers suggested that I use what's called a Neti-pot. It looks like a genie lamp and you put warm water and saline solution in it. Then..... you stick the spout up your nose, tilt your head and let the solution pour out the other nostril.  Its so weird but I am not kidding - It Works! After that I slept for like four hours. It was amazing. I spent the rest of the week on a staff development retreat in the Hill Country. Poor Greg, I left him to get the other house cleaned for our friends who moved in.  He did a great job. Needless to say, there are a few things we still need to do to the house. For instance, we don't have blinds yet. Hence the sheet over the window in our bedroom. We cant wait to have friends and family visit. Thanks for checking in us! Here are the pics.
