First, a couple of explanations: For one, I haven't been blogging lately because grad school is sooooo time consuming. This is proving to be a challenging semester and i just haven't had time to update. I plan to post pics and such from Christmas someday. Second.... you may be wondering about the title of this blog. Well Thursdays are my toughest days as I have an 8am class, work from 9:30 - 5pm and have class from 5:30 - 8:30. It is a very very long day. I decided in order to lift my spirits on these long days I need to pray and seek strength from the Lord for one. But I also need a little something to inspire me and help cheer me up when I'm running low. The picture above did the trick for me this afternoon. Does anyone ever watch the Rachel Zoe Project on Bravo? This show is sooo worldly in the sense that it is very materialistic. I probably shouldn't like it but i do. Anyway, if Rachel ever finds anything that she simply cant live without she always says, "I Die!" Its really funny to me. So the reason for this title is two fold: One because I nearly die every Thursday from shear exhaustion. Second, I hope (key word) to blog about something every Thursday that makes me say "I Die!" So.... now for the shoes. In case you cant tell from the picture, these are a normal pair of stilettos with special galoshes made just for high heels! Is this not fabulous!? How many times have I walked through the rain in nice high heel shoes only to have them all gross and wet by the end. I absolutely love this idea! Way to go Swims.com! This totally made me smile :)
