Rockn' House (as in sheet rock)

Yay! The house is finally starting to come together! Sheet rock is up and the guys are tape, bed and texturing! Those things make such a difference. Next weekend we are having a Painting Party! I know you all are dying to be a part of that! Hopefully we will get it knocked out really quickly! My parents and Greg's parents are coming out to help. They are the bomb! But I guess before we start paingting I should choose the colors right!? Any suggestions? I am contemplating brown for the living and dining room and a rusty brick red for the kitchen. What do y'all think?

Other new things..... Greg decided it would be a good idea to till up the whole back yard so that he could then seed it. I have to admit that I agreed since two of our good friends would soon be renting from us and we want the backyard to be nice for them. Well that also means that our two rather large and energetic puppies will be house bound for the next few weeks. My thought was, "Well they are both potty trained and pretty well behaved so it shouldn't be a problem." So this afternoon I was on the phone with my parents while Greg was working on the yard. I was not paying attention to the dogs since they had already gone potty (I feel like Im talking about a toddler when using that word but thats what we say.) So as soon as I get off the phone I discover a little present from Suri on our bedroom rug. Thanks a lot Surigirl, as we affectionately call her. At this moment I am second guessing our decision. Here is Suri the Viszla!
